Whole Grain Flour

Our organic whole grain flour is produced using a unique process which includes all of the bran and germ from the whole grain kernel. When refined white flour is milled up to 80% of the essential vitamins and minerals are removed.
Modern milling destroys over 24 essential vitamins and minerals.
Our flour does not contain additives such as Amylase, Azodicarbonamide, Calcium Peroxide, Calcium Sulfate, L-Cysteine, Sodium Bisulfite ... to name a few.

Our unique low temperature impact milling system maintains all the important nutrients. It produces a flour high in fibre, vitamins and minerals while low in fat, no cholesterol and no trans fats.
Since 1988 we have been milling whole grain flour without refining out the bran and germ from the original kernel. We don't use additives or preservatives in our flour - simply the entire whole grain kernel, keeping all the nutrients nature intended.
Highly refined "roller milled" flour has the nutritious bran and germ removed from the grain kernel leaving a white flour. This process then adds back some of the bran along with possible chemical conditioners and enhancers. This refined product is commonly called "whole wheat flour".
A truly 100% Whole Grain Flour contains all the bran and germ producing a superior product in nutrition and flavour.
